Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch retail sales operations to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize passenger vehicle sales and market share.
- Drive sales performance through effective team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Monitor sales KPIs, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and profitability metrics.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and after-sales teams to enhance business performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage inventory planning and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic management reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate accounts, and stakeholders.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 15–24 years of experience in Passenger Vehicle Retail Sales, with substantial experience in automotive dealership operations.
- GCC experience is mandatory; Oman market experience will be highly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in managing branch sales operations and large sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and profitability goals.
- Strong understanding of automotive retail business practices, customer relationship management, and sales planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
