Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage branch retail sales operations to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize passenger vehicle sales and market share.
  • Drive sales performance through effective team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and profitability metrics.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and after-sales teams to enhance business performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage inventory planning and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic management reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate accounts, and stakeholders.


Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 15–24 years of experience in Passenger Vehicle Retail Sales, with substantial experience in automotive dealership operations.
  • GCC experience is mandatory; Oman market experience will be highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing branch sales operations and large sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Strong understanding of automotive retail business practices, customer relationship management, and sales planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
